Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and enhancements of the SIDEUP platform, from concept to implementation.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interface designs.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and component libraries to ensure design consistency across the platform.
Advocate for design best practices, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles within the organization.
Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the design team.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design approaches into our products.
