Stop “the courier couldn’t find the address” and “nobody was home”. Follow these steps and every shipment arrives the first time.
Call or message the customer to confirm the order is genuine - not everyone who orders online really wants the item - and review the details together.
Make the total clear and impossible to misread, shipping included.
Door delivery or pickup from the nearest branch? If they work all day, offer delivery to their workplace.
Take a main number plus a backup - ideally on WhatsApp. If the courier can’t reach them, the shipment may come back.
Not just the area name - the full address, so the courier arrives without repeated calls.
Write the address in Arabic so the courier understands it, and encourage customers to type it in Arabic at checkout.
Will they receive it themselves? If not, a neighbour or the building guard can receive it for them.
Share the expected delivery time and send the tracking link. Customers who know when to expect a parcel are ready to receive it.
